At the counter, our Tempura chefs will deep-fry a range of seasonal ingredients to crisp perfection before your eyes. The ingredients come from the local area in Kyushu, and the oil which is used in the frying process is made from carefully-selected white sesame.
This excellent Tempura seals and retains the fresh, delicious flavors of the seasonal seafood and vegetables.

We serve high-quality (A3 class) Kagoshima beef. Shipments of these highly ranked Kagoshima-reared Japanese black cattle are limited.
