Coming by shuttle bus
A free shuttle bus operates in "HEARTS Bus Station Hakata", which is about a 5-minute walk from "JR Hakata Station". Departure and arrival on the 1st floor. No reservation is required, so feel free to use it.
* It is different from the "Hakata Bus Terminal" which is directly connected to "JR Hakata Station". Please check before using.

- From Hakata Station Hakata Exit (on the ground), go straight on the main street (Sumiyoshi Street) in the direction of KITTE Hakata / OIOI. Japan Post Bank, left after passing Starbucks Reserve. Just across the street from Seven Eleven.

*For groups visiting for weddings, banquets, meetings, etc. We can also arrange for chartered shuttle buses from the areas around JR Hakata Station and Tenjin Subway Station, so please contact us for details.
*If you are bringing a pet, please place it in a carrier or cage with a lid or door and keep the lid or door closed (excluding guide dogs and assistance dogs).

*The facility will be closed on Tuesday, September 17th, so the bus will depart from the hotel at 12:00.

【From Yamaguchi/Kitakyushu】 - Approx. 30 mins. from the Koga IC exit off the Kyushu Expressway. From the Koga IC exit, head toward Fukuoka on National Route 3. Turn right at the Omori intersection, then left onto Prefectural Route 538 at the Mitoma 3-way intersection, followed by a right onto Uminonakamichi Road via Parkway Ave.
【From Kumamoto/Saga】・ Approximately 8 minutes from the "Island City Exit" on the Fukuoka City Expressway. Get off the Kyushu Expressway "Dazaifu IC" and head to the Fukuoka City Expressway. Get off the Fukuoka City Expressway "Island City Exit" and go through the Umi no Nakamichi Ohashi Bridge.
