The dressing room has a special changing room that can be used freely for men and women.

Can I ask for dressing / hair and makeup for the attendees?

We will assist you in dressing up and setting your hair for all the guests on the wedding day. Available at our hotel and dressing room. We accept reservations by one month ago. Please make use of it in advance.

How much does it cost to park when attending a wedding ceremony?

The parking lot can accommodate up to 100 cars. It is free for hotel accommodation, restaurants, parties, weddings, etc. However, if the parking lot at Luigans is full, you will be charged for a nearby paid parking lot. (530 yen once)

Young children will attend together, but do you have children's menus etc?

A children's menu is also available. We offer a ¥3,300 children's lunch for children up to the lower grades of elementary school, and a ¥5,500 children's course for children up to the upper grades of elementary school.

If you have any allergies, can you ask for a corresponding menu?

Yes. Please fill in the allergy sheet in advance with the groom or the bride or the guest, and the customer of the allergy sheet submitted will be changed to the allergy-responsive menu.

Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance or send a courier from the hotel?

Yes. It is possible. Delivery of luggage is available by courier (paying). Please ask at the front desk on the first floor.

Do you have a wheelchair?

Although the number is limited, wheelchair rental is available. We are preparing to have a seat in the chapel and banquet hall.

Is there space for nursing and changing diapers?

There is a toilet equipped with a bed for changing diapers and a multi-purpose bathroom.
Please be assured that a nursing room and baby cot are also available (free of charge).

Can you arrange a babysitter?

We introduce babysitting companies that can be arranged.
