THE LUIGANS Spa & Resort Restaurant LUIGANS Farm

All the restaurants at The Luigans Spa & Resort pick their vegetables from our own Luigans Farm.
The Luigans Farm raises organic produce with no pesticides using magnesium-rich spring water from near the ocean with the help of other local farm producers in Shikanoshima and the local area. 
With the cooperation of local Shigajima producers, cultivation with the use of ground water rich in magnesium near the sea was made possible.
Our produce is of such quality it can be eaten fresh from the ground unmasked by sauces or flavoring.
