[Terms of Use]
In addition to the terms of use below, you are required to agree to the Terms of Service before using this service.
The bicycles we provide are electric bicycles (manufactured by VanMoof).
Suitable height: M size bicycle 150cm and up / L size bicycle 170cm and up
Optional insurance is available for your safety. (¥350/person)
・Only those 16 years of age or older are eligible to use this service.
We do not have bicycles available for children.
If you are using the service with children,
Please use the rental bicycles available at Uminonakamichi Seaside Park for your child's bicycle.
Please return the rented bicycle to the hotel.
・We cannot rent out equipment in case of rain or if there is a risk of rain.
The rental period is from 7:00 to 18:00.
We conduct pre-operation checks, therefore we cannot accept any responsibility in the event of an accident or incident.
If you experience any problems with the bicycle, such as a flat tire, while you are renting it, please call the hotel.
- You will be responsible for the actual cost of any damage, theft, or loss of keys to the rented bicycle.
On the day of your visit, please avoid wearing long coats, skirts or dresses, or bottoms with wide hems.
Please come in comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement.
Please avoid wearing sandals or leather shoes, and instead wear sneakers.
- Only the helmet is included as an accessory.
We do not provide clothing, shoes, or protective gear. Please be aware of this beforehand.
・Due to changes in the law, we strictly prohibit use of the facility after drinking alcohol.
