Here are some frequently asked questions about The Cinema Night Fukuoka.
Q: What happens in case of rain?
A: The event will be held rain or shine, but it may be cancelled if there is heavy rain or stormy weather with thunder. If the event is cancelled, the decision will be made at 4:30pm on the day and an announcement will be made on Instagram and Facebook.
Q: Is there a parking lot?
A: The hotel parking lot is prioritized for guests staying at the hotel and those using the restaurant. If you come by car, we will guide you to a nearby paid parking area. (Parking fee: 600 yen)
We recommend using public transportation, as the surrounding parking lots may be full. In addition, motorcycles over 126cc are prohibited from traveling on the section from Gannosu to Shikanoshima from 9pm to 5am every day.
Q: Do I need a reservation?

Q: About reservation completion
A: When you fill in the reservation form, the reservation is completed when the following screen is displayed.
Please be assured that no confirmation email will be sent.
Q: What should I do with the reception on the day?
On the day of the event, we will have a QR code available at our hotel. The reception will be completed by having one representative read the QR code and enter the necessary information.
Q: Do you have seats?
A: After reception, please secure a place by yourself with luggage and leisure seats. Reception is from 17:30. It is not possible to take a place before that. Please manage your valuables and luggage by yourself.
Q: Can I bring my own chair?
A: You can bring it in, but it will be difficult to see the back, so we will show you the last row. Please note. Leisure seats are also available for sale.
Q: What time do you go to the venue?
A: Registration will begin around 5:30 p.m.
Screenings will begin after sunset, depending on the availability of the venue. Depending on the weather, we may have to wait until it is dark enough to see the screen after sunset.
Q: Can I watch movies with my pet?
A : Yes, you can. Pets must be put in a cage with a closed lid or door, or put on a leash, and the owner must be nearby. Also, please use the seats at the end or end of the venue.
Q: You are not allowed to bring food or drinks. What kind of items do you sell at the venue?
A : The cinema stall sells light meals and various drinks. In addition, some menus of the on-site restaurant can be taken out (TO GO) to the cinema area. You can also bring sweets and drinks purchased at the shop in the building.
