*Children who are not yet potty-trained are not permitted to use the large public bath (swim diapers are required for use in the pool).
*Children aged 3 and under can use the service for ¥800/1 person.

We offer a free service coupon to customers who dine with us for lunch. (Valid for purchases of 3,000 yen or more.)
A free shuttle bus is also available from "HEARTS Bus Station Hakata," which is about a 5-minute walk from "JR Hakata Station."

*For safety reasons, children are not permitted to use the pool unsupervised. Adult supervision is required at all times.
*Changing rooms and outdoor showers by the poolside are also available.
*In case of inclement weather, we may suspend the use of the pool for safety reasons.
*If you wish to use the bath or pool before your meal, payment will be required in advance.
<Regarding towel rental>
Upon your departure, please return your public bath access key and pool towel card to "The Lounge on the Water." We will offer you a complimentary drink in exchange for returning the cards.
