"Mom & Baby Pilates" held at THE LUIGANS, surrounded by abundant nature,
This is a special moment where mother and baby can spend time together in comfort.

With Pilates that nurtures both mind and body, you can gently restore your postpartum body.
By taking deep breaths and moving your body slowly, you can release the tension of everyday life.
Even if it's your first time doing Pilates, it's okay.
For moms, it's a time to step away from their usual routine, connect with nature, and reset their minds by connecting with others.

During the lesson, the atmosphere is relaxed and peaceful, allowing the baby to feel comfortable and at ease.
Having a baby can make outings difficult, but here you can enjoy them with your baby in peace.

We recommend waiting 30 minutes after breastfeeding before feeding.
Mats and water are provided. Please bring your child's favorite toys.
Please come dressed in comfortable clothing as there are no changing facilities available.
We have a nursing area available. There are also restrooms with diaper changing facilities inside the building.
• You can use the hotel parking lot. We will provide you with a free parking ticket for the day.
The lesson will start on time, so please arrive on time.
We will take photos of the lesson and the baby.
