[EVENT] Sunrise Power Yoga

To kick off 2026, enjoy yoga and the first sunrise of the year at our top-floor venue, overlooking Hakata Bay. We'll cover basic yoga breathing techniques and stretches, as well as standing poses, including the classic "Sun Salutation," a moving meditation of prayer and gratitude to the sun. This class is recommended for beginners and those who aren't confident in their flexibility. Why not join us on the first day of the new year and refresh yourself while feeling the energy of the first sunrise?
