■Reservations
We operate on a reservation-only basis.


*Reservations for Saturdays and Sundays require advance payment.
*If you wish to make changes, please cancel your current reservation and make a new one.
*The credit card prepayment amount for your original reservation will be refunded at a later date.
*If the event cannot be held due to bad weather or other reasons, a full refund will be issued.
*For cancellations and changes, the following cancellation fees will apply, calculated from the time of your scheduled visit.
[Reservations for 14 people or less]
- On the day of the reservation (within 24 hours of the reservation time): 100% of the reservation fee
- The day before (within 48 hours of your reservation time): 50% of the reservation fee



■Transportation
Please use public transportation. Hotel parking is available for a fee and is prioritized for hotel guests. (Free for hotel guests) Also, motorcycles with an engine displacement of 126cc or more are prohibited from traveling between Gannosu and Shikanoshima from 9 PM to 5 AM every day. ■Regarding use
*Guests staying at the hotel do not need to make a reservation in advance. Please inform the pool reception on the day of your visit.
*This service is limited to those 18 years of age or older. (High school students are not permitted.)
*Payment is required upon arrival. (For weekday visitors)
(We accept cash, credit cards, PayPay, transportation IC cards, and other electronic money.)
*You may be asked to present identification to verify your age.
*If the group consists only of males, all members will be required to present identification.
*The price includes changing room and locker usage fees and taxes.
*Please note that entry may be restricted during severe weather or overcrowding.
*The event may be canceled due to inclement weather. If canceled, the decision will be made at 4:30 PM on the day of the event and announced on our website and Instagram.
*If you visit without a reservation, you may be refused entry depending on the venue's capacity at the time of the event.
