THE LUIGANS Spa & Resort Party Report
Small and intimate wedding | A day filled with smiles for the whole family in a resort style <Family wedding with two children>
Banquet hall: The Ocean's Lounge
Wedding style: public ceremony
Number of participants: 12 people
A wedding celebrated with family, including two children.
The bride and groom loved the sea.
They also chose LUIGANS as a place where they could return to with their family even after their wedding.
We'd like to introduce a heartwarming family wedding where family members also attended in resort style attire.
-Stay wedding-
Just a 16-minute drive from Hakata Station
THE LUIGANS is surrounded by a vast 30,000-tsubo (approximately 100,000 square meters) national park and the crystal-clear sea.
Our 2-night, 3-day stay wedding, which began the day before with a relaxing time in our room, began with a peaceful morning accompanied by the sound of waves and the innocent laughter of children.
-Brides Outfit-
The bride will be wearing a dress by AMSALE.
The slender silhouette created by the meltingly soft georgette fabric
The dignified beauty that stands out precisely because the ornamentation has been stripped away
It allows you to have the tenderness to hold your beloved children tightly anytime.
—First Meet—
The first look took place in a chapel overlooking the ocean.
The groom's eyes softened as he turned to look at the bride who had finished getting ready.
Young children, looking up at their mom and dad in their special moments, also wear proud expressions.
It was a heartwarming beginning, a moment where we could truly feel the bond between the four family members.
-Ceremony-
The wedding ceremony took place in a chapel bathed in light from the sea and lush greenery.
The guests, each in their own preferred resort style, watched over the event warmly.
The two of them held their child tightly in their arms.
The family of four walked down the aisle, step by step.
The ring bearer, my nephew, carried the ring with all his might in his little hands.
You make your vows on a one-of-a-kind painted marriage certificate, adorned by the hands of your family.
As guests leave, the bubble showers blown by the children sparkle in the sunlight.
Surrounded by everyone's smiles and congratulatory applause, a truly heartwarming vow was exchanged.
.
Welcome Space & Room
The wedding reception was held at The Ocean's Lounge, which boasts large glass windows offering views of the sea and greenery.
A flow-style arrangement where 12 relatives gather around one large table.
The table is vividly colored with anthuriums and terrarium delphiniums.
It was filled with warmth and a sense of openness, giving off the feeling of a high-quality resort.
.
-Wedding Party-
Families dressed in aloha shirts and kariyushi wear stand shoulder to shoulder with smiles on their faces.
After the opening movie was shown
Now, the two of them are about to enter.
We deliberately chose not to create a head table to separate the main guests from the guests.
The bride and groom will sit at the same table as the guests.
From any seat, you can clearly see the couple's expressions, and you're close enough to almost touch them if you reach out.
A relaxed and pleasant atmosphere prevails.
The conversation flowed naturally between the guests who hadn't seen each other in a while.
.
Everyone is close enough to reach out and touch, and they all come together to toast, clinking their glasses together.
In a resort-like setting, heartfelt congratulations resonate.
.
—Cuisine—
Because it's an intimate party with only family members.
We want to be uncompromising and meticulous in our cuisine, which is the best way to convey our hospitality to our guests.
Although it's a venue designed for small groups, it has a dedicated kitchen right next door, where the chef himself carefully explains the details of each dish.
The entire venue relished the fragrant roasted turban shells and abalone, served at the perfect temperature, and the rigatoni with a rich ragu sauce.
A special, adorable panda-themed plate is also available for children.
The sense of security unique to a hotel, combined with exquisite cuisine, made for a truly enriching time to express my heartfelt gratitude.
.
A wedding cake with a pure white base adorned with an abundance of berries.
Cheers erupted as the bride and groom took their first bite of the wedding cake simultaneously, saying "One, two, three!"
The part-time job for the grandmother and child that we invited as a surprise
It was a memorable scene, filled with smiles that transcended generations.
In a kids' space set up in one corner of the venue, children were able to play freely.
The guest-participation quiz competition using smartphones was a huge hit, with parents leaning forward in excitement.
A lively atmosphere unfolds, a result of a family wedding where everyone can laugh freely without any reservations.
.
A colorful dessert buffet filled to the window, with the sparkling sea as its backdrop.
After enjoying a sweet bite
The celebration concludes with the groom writing a letter of gratitude to his family.
The groom's sincere demeanor as he wiped away tears, his voice choked with emotion.
The parents and grandmother nodded deeply, tears welling up in their eyes.
After the event ended, we went out to the sunny poolside for a group photo.
As soap bubbles blown by the whole family float in the breeze, the couple laughs together with their arms around each other's shoulders.
Holding their child tightly, they captured this irreplaceable "family moment" in photographs under the blue sky.
After filming was finished, the staff saw me off as I took the elevator straight to my room.
Without the burden of travel or the hassle of packing and unpacking
You can relax in your room and savor the afterglow of the wedding ceremony.
May LUIGANS continue to be a place where you and your family can always return to.
